which I searched over the internet, didn't find any, henced asked & posted here. Nothing new for me to learn, I know all these basics, but my question & query isn't about whether anyone should install any uncertified NON-WHQL driver or not, rather my post is about finding that digitally signed WHQL version of driver 10.

That should teach you to never install drivers from shady places or DUMO or any such silly software.
